If it's belt driven,it could be a belt,if not it could be frozen up.Run your blower by itself for an hour to melt the ice. Then check your filter and coil cleanliness.
A panel could also have come off on the blower side of the unit.
call the fonze and hell give it a tap. eeehhh
If you are not getting any air flow it's probably a clogged filter. If you get good air flow but no cool air it could be you have a freon leak or maybe burned compressor contacts. If it's not the filter, it's time to call your local a.c repair service.
What does this have to do with home theater? Why don't you try the home appliances section?
sounds like it's the condensor. I would schedule a call with a HVAC repair company. Be aware that A/C is not considered an emergency, so if you want rush service you'll pay upwards of $100 just for the guy to show up your door. For the actual service, budget about $75 per hour.
You need to contact an HVAC repair technician because there is nothing you can fix unless you know what to look for and how to fix it.
electric eel
Certainly not an electric eel...they grow up to 3-4 feet, and your tank is about 16 US gallons.
You could have 3-5 FEMALE Bettas and maybe a school of Tetras. Or, if you don't plan on adding any other fish, 1 Angelfish would be ok, as long as it has room to turn around and the tank is at least 10" tall. Other community fish such as Danios, Rasboras, Tetras, Livebearers, etc. would be fine as well.
E-mail me for any questions!
I personally like guppies or neon tetras with cory catfish. very easy to take care of and are very peaceful. You can add like 3 corys and 5-6 guppies or 7-8 neon tetras
your fish can only get as big as your tank, maybe a small species of ciclid would do fine, they are very low maintenance.
An angel fish probably wouldn't do very well. They're min tank size is usually 20 Gal, you're tank is 15.
A betta would be VERY HAPPY in a tank of that size. You could get him some tank mates too. Guppies could do well as long as they didn't have colorful fins.
You could also start a betta sorority in a tank that size. That's a tank with all female betta in it.
Betta Tankmates list ---> http://www.ultimatebettas.com/index.php?showtopic=14389
http://www.ultimatebettas.com/index.php?showtopic=12193 ---> Setting up a sorority tank
Guppies would probably be the easiest to keep. Or other livebearers like Mollies.
An yes, some fish wil lonly get as big as their tank, but if you put a fish that would grow huge in a small tank you will stunt their growth a kill them.
And in my experience, keeping both at the same time right now (seerate tanks mind you) betta's and live bearers are easier to keep than goldies. But that is relative.
The equipment you used for goldfish should be fine for tropical fish. 60 liters is roughly about 15 US gallons. That is indeed too small for an angelfish, but you could set up a nice dwarf puffer tank. However, dwarf puffers don't like to be with most other fish, and require a little more care. Dwarfpuffers.com is a good site for info on those if you're interested. If you don't like them, your other choices would be along the lines of guppies, corydora catfish, otoclincus catfish, dwarf plecos, tetras, mollies, danios, and other small fish. Tropical fish will be a bit harder than goldfish
There are many tropical fish to choose from, that's the beauty of owning an aquarium. In your case 'tropical fish,' you are allowed to have much more than if you owned coldwater fish, which is what I used to have, also you can have coldwater fish too. So why not mix it have dark and light, colourful and strange, big and small. Those little fish with the glowing line going through them are pretty cool, also fancy fantails and black noors etc... Get all the books you need about tropical fish from your local library and learn about it the best you can, find out what fish your family think look pretty cool too, also don't worry about taking care of tropical fish they are generally easier to look after than their coldwater relatives.
P.S remember to get a backup aquarium heater, it takes batteries, in case of a power cut! Best of Luck!!
heres what i personally would do with your tank
option 1:
1 x blue, opaline or 3 spot gourami
5 x cardinal, neon, black neon, pristella, lemon, or serpea tetra OR harlequin rasbora
5 x corydora or 1 bristlenose pleco
option 2:
1 x male paradise fish
5 x black neon, serpea, pristealla, black skirt, lemon tetra or Harlequin Rasbora
5 x corydora or 1 bristlenose pleco
option 3:
1 x Male DWARF gourami
5 x any of the above tetra or rasbora
5 x another group of any of the above tetra or rasbora
5 x corydora or 1 bristlenose pleco
option 4:
1x Male Betta
same as paradise fish but NO serpeas or black skirts
the bristlenose and corydora are great cleanup crews and will bring activity to the bottom
the tetra/rasbora will group together and add a nice group of activity and color to the mid levels of the tank
the gourami, betta and paridise fish will stick to the upper level of the tank mostly and be your "focal" fish adding the size and color and your focal point.
your tank would be too small for the angelfish which needs at least a 20 gallon TALL tank due to thier tall bodies.
guppy and betta wont mix simply due to the guppies long flowing fins...the betta would kill them
if you realy wanted to do guppy you could do a group of 5 in place of the grouami/betta/paradise fish and they will add the color and movment to the upper level of the tank...but get ALL males or youll be overrun with babies in no time.
once the tank is cycled tropical fish are actually fairly easy to care for.
Hi buddy... I tried my best and can not find answer to your query . But if you want to run your Car On Water and would like to save money on GAS then try this http://snipurl.com/3lw59
http://inall.needz.it
you can get much information in this website, If you will check anyone blue link in website.
Same idea here...it can be one of the BEARINGS in one of the Pullys... now as for how to determine which one, you can use a long screw driver holding the handle end to your ear and placing the drive end near the pully {as the engine is running} >>>be safe<<< this way works like a scope to hear which one is the faulting bearing...
You can also ask around a few trusted repair shops to find out if they can check this for free... some still do check for free.
I too would not drive this like that, if is is abearing and it does SEIZE up, your risk damaging the belt and other things...
best wishes!!!!!
Try removing the belt and turning all the pulley's individually by hand to determine which one is the noisy one.
Yes, because the compressor is not running.
Yes, just using the fan setting uses significantly less electricity. The fan is run by a small low-voltage electric motor, without a lot of torque (turning strength). When the Cool setting is activated, the compressor powers on, which is driven by a high-voltage motor with enough torque to compress the coolant. The difference in energy consumption is high.
There are two things that make a room comfortable in warm weather. The first obviously is air conditioning. The second is moving air. Running only the fan on your system however will give limited air movement in a room. It's purpose is as a delivery system, distributing warm or cool air. My suggestion to you would be to invest in ceiling fans for the rooms you spend most of your time in. They won't use a lot of electricity and are designed to circulate air throughout the room. In addition almost all ceiling fans can have the blade direction reversed for winter use. By running the fan on the slowest speed moving air towards the ceiling, the warm air which has risen and is trapped there is forced back down to the floor making the room warmer.
More likely it is either the switch or the relay going bad. It would help to know the make and model of the car we are talking about here.

you can get much information in this website, If you will check anyone blue link in website.
that's probably the switch that is causing that one to do like that if it was anything else hitting on the switch wouldn't make a difference in it,you might try checking the wires on the back of the switch they may be coming loose on it,good luck.
What is his medication for? this doesn't sound quite like schizophrenia thats more of a multiple personalty disorder where you talk and answer yourself eg. hearing voices in your head and thinking it's a real person
Well, yeah...these are certainly behaviours characteristic of schizophrenia. I'm not certain why you're asking the question--you know he has this diagnosis, and you know he's off his meds, and you can see these new behaviours. He certainly needs to get his prescription renewed.
sounds like a bad capacitor or worse locked up compressor call a tech
There's a good chance the compressor went out.
HVAC Tech.: There several problems that can cause the symptoms you describe. One would be a bad capacitor, another would be one of the lugs burned off the compressor ( can be fixed most of the time), and of course the shorted compressor which has to be replaced. Good Luck!!
Mate... it looks like I can not find answer to ur concern. But I would like to share with you amazing site just for stopping by here. You know you can run your car on water?. Check out yourself at - http://snipurl.com/3mw25. I tried it and it is working for me.
could be the compressor problum
Does the sound come from the cabin or the engine bay? Could be the the blend doors opening and closing from an actuator going out or from a vacuum leak.
you will need to measure the opening for the door. If it is already framed for a door then measure the width and get a door that width if not get a prehung door. Look at the specs of the door to figure out which one would fit best. Might have to be shimmed to fit. Just google how to hang an interior door.

There are right and left handed doors so decide which way you want it to open.
The two most common reasons for an air conditioner to freeze up is 1) a dirty condenser whereas dirt cuts down air flow, thus forcing the unit to work harder but less efficiently. Eventually the compressor will just give up. That is when you donate the unit to the bone yard. 2) The system is low on gas and the unit can no longer reach peak efficiency. This is often due to a leak that has developed in the system.
In your shoes, I would listen to the opinion of the weary old maintenance man. He has no reason to steer you wrong, and I'm sure he has been around this same block before !
your evap (indoor) coils freeze up due to low refrigerant or low air flow across the evap coils . dirty condenser(outdoor) coils will not cause it to freeze up
It's probaby a build-up from the landscape people. You didn't say if the A/C is working o.k.now? With the dirt build-up and cooler at night the evop.coils will freeze up.also have him check the pressures on the unit if it does it again. It may have a leak, and low on freon.
When an indoor coil has been found to be nasty filthy,it has been that way for some time.It doesn't happen in a week.
The outside coil won't have anything to do with a freeze up.
Freeze ups happen when the airflow is restricted or the refrigerant charge is low.
The saturation temp drops so low that all the humidity immediately freezes on the coil from the air moving across it and will eventually be a block of ice.
Change your air filter.
good luck with the whole spiders thing. i hate spiders, they're pretty scary, especially if they are indoors, like the big black ones.
for me magic is not real. may be she just having a mental illness or something. probably check her on a doctor.
my mom has Alzheimer's and it isn't easy. stroke afterwards.
i am a wiccan , i am not aware of any bracelettes that do that with the spiders. but i have made protecton bracelettes before for my own uses. this person could have been a wiccan.
if she was relying on your family to keep this going to protect your family, that is good. what else has she left in your house?
there are charm pouches that either smell nice ,or nasty.
there are so many thingsyou can do with them.
here is something to read on wiccans.
maybe it will help .
good luck.
if its your craving at it works-- great!
i was once asked at the doctor if i had craved anything like paint chips or detergent lol. Pregancy is wonderful isnt it?!
Enjoy!
The intake on your AC in the in-car circulation, is near the front, center floorboard, on both sides. Just spray something that smells good to you, like on each side, where your feet are. from where the driver sits, it would be to the right of where the gas pedal is. On the other side it is where your passengers left foot would rest .
It is that sorta moldy smell that reminds you of something pleasing and comfortable that you have experienced in your life and makes you feel comfortable again , the sense of smell is one of your longest lasting memories, kind of a subconscious thing.
no.
You're problem is that you've got too much load on the circuit(s).
it sounds as thought the wiring in your apartment just wasn't designed to handle the huge "start up "loads the the air conditioner needs.
You might try putting the AC in a different window, but I don't think that is going to help
You might try a small AC unit, but I don't think that would be to your comfort.
You might complain to the landlord, but he might also tell you to take out the AC, so that' not such a good idea either.
No it wont help.
Try an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) with power rating around 350 to 500 VA. That will be more than enough for your tabel lamp. It will cost you around $40 to $60. check out this link for an example:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16842101008
Actually, the regulated DC supply isn't a bad idea... and there's an easy way to get it: use a low-voltage halogen lamp which has a DC supply built in.
But that droop you're seeing sounds scary... I'd have your landlord check it out. You could have a wiring fault somewhere.
the AC and your lights are on the same circuit(line)
get an electrician to connect the AC line to another phase of the mains.
This can only be done if your building has a 3 phase electric connection from the street pole.
get those little portable fans. =]
get naked there, so you can feel cooler
start a petition requesting more bathroom breaks or a new air conditioners and more fans
then give it to the school board
She's obviously pretty rude and won't understand it anyways but make her pay more and she will figure it out!
find a way to create an error in the air conditioning, then being older she won't bother using it, and will have the door open anyway getting the same effect!
I know that's harsh but I guarantee she will not stop using the air conditioner incorrectly
well sounds like she is just trying your patience,or is forgetful ..or just stupid ..put a sign on the door..Door left open $20.00 dollar fine......Door closed $0 dollar fine
Wow this sounds really opposite of most older americans, I still remember my grandma saying not to let out the bought air. Here's what I would do take her by the hand put her hand over the AC vent let her feel the moving air and tell her this is expensive air we don't let it out of the house. If you cannot live in my house by my rules...you get the pictur.
this happens to me too when i blowdry my hair. i usually buy a mousse or gel in the same brand as shampoo ( they usually smell the same) and it helps keep that clean fresh smell. also spray a little perfume in your hair. it will hold the scent all day and when you move your head you will smell it.
u can spray a little perfume on ur brush
(one spray is enough)
and then just brush through ur hair...
i wouldn't recommend doing that everyday tho
cause i doubt its good for it...but it smells
soooooooo good
=)=)=)
Did you try a different tv?
Yes, that is true. You can also use a fan instead of AC. Buy fluorescent bulbs instead of incandescent. Turn your hot water heater down. Make sure your windows are caulked so air does not get in or out.
TVs and other devices do maintain a minimal power when they are off. So they come on instantly. How minimal I really don't know. But I have my computer and T.V. hooked up to a power strip for easy off and on power to them.
Our electricity bill was only $19.00 last month. It has been 80-100 degrees every day this summer. You can go to walmart and buy these white shades that you hang in your windows in front of your window curtains. We never use our air conditioner.
Save Money on Your Electric Bill
Vampire energy is estimated to cost U.S. consumers $3 billion a year." That's ten dollars per person per year. I wouldn't call that an amazing amount of electricity when i pay $180 - $220 dollars a month.
