you need to use stilled water
Boil water and let it cool or use distilled water.

you can get much information in this website, kindly stay a minute in website and check anyone link at a time, and you can aslo get your question answer in Google Search in this website, which has helped me very much.
The water from your air conditioner is condensed from the air pretty much as rain water is.
It may even be cleaner than rain water.
The water from rain has a little bit of particulate matter in each drop, which probably does not shorten the battery life much over that of pure, filtered distilled water.
Whatever source of water you use, it should be as clean as possible, and not contain any minerals if possible.
Any kind of water in an emergency, of course.
Your AC water is very dirty; and rain water is not much better. Use only distilled water in your battery. Anything else will adversely effect the performance of the battery.
Budget for replacement battery if you do that
Rain water (depending on where you collect them) can be pure as distilled water that is sold at the supermarkets
However, the condensate from the air-conditioning unit is already in contact with metal (what we want to avoid: metallic ion in the distilled water to shorten the battery service life)
The anion button turns on the negative ion generator. ;)
Anion (Ann-ion) is an atom or molecule that has a negative charge.
have no fear you won't blow up anything by pressing on that button.
haha! really? it says anion? an anion is a negatively charged ion. i have no idea what it'll do! press it! do it!
It would be much more fun if it were called "Onion",
By all means. Central A/C uses the same duct system. In the meantime, run your furnace fan without heat at the same time as your window unit is running. It will circulate the air a lot better than without the furnace fan on.
Yes. The A-frame is installed inside of the heater's plenum. Copper lines would then be ran to the evaporator (a-frame) and to a condensing coil (outside). It's a day installation usually.
It'd cost anywhere from $2000 to $10000 depending on how big of a condensing coil you get, the metering device you add, if you add a filter/dryer/sight glass, service valves, etc.
The bigger the coils, the more heat it can move. Filter/dryer/sight glass keeps the system free of debree and let's you know if there's a problem. Service valves makes it easier for guys like me to fix. But these are fancy addons.

I think I can help. For one thing, I would get those nasty cows to stop emitting methane gas. Tell em to stick a plug in it. And I would stop rockets and shuttles from launching because they are popping holes in it. I'd also make all the celebrities and environmentalists who preach to the rest of us to conserve energy to practice what they preach. Stop buying 10,000 sq ft houses and driving Hummers and wasting fuel and electricity which causes emissions in the air, hurting the poor ozone layers sensitive skin. Hope this helps
i had the same problem except for some odd reason he had a hole in him
This happens to me as well. I did everything I could think of. Maybe do what I did and just give up!!
What is the temp, is it filtered, are you feeding them did you cycle it??? Some more info woud help<^>^<>^<^>^<^>^<
lol, that is why i don't get goldfish anymore. they kept dieing for no reason! The people who buy pumps usually have goldfish longterm, and they have large tanks aswell. People like me that don't wanna pay go through 3 goldfish each fortnight.
you need to let the water sit for more than 24 hours even if it is clean water it has to become a cycle and the fish need to adjust to the water temp before you put them in out of their bag so leave the bag with goldfish closed in the tank water for like 10-15 minutes then put them in
You could be putting your fish in the tank way too early and once you get them do you put them in the tank right away? If you are DONT DO THAT!!! Wait at least 15min then find a bucket open the bag(s) the fish are in and with the net over the bucket when you pour the bag and fish goes into the net then you put the fish in the tank with the water that's in it.DON'T PUT the fish water that the fish came in and it will contaminate it and your fish will die faster before you know it! Also get a filter for your tank and a air supply too to help oxygenate your tank better as well.Goldfish are messy too and with that sucker fish too do the same as I told you with the goldfish putting them in tank process OR it will die too...Goldfish thrive in somewhat cold cold water but,I have mine at 68-72F and your fish will be fine and with that water treatment too as well
Most, if not all, small feeder goldfish need atleast five/ten gallons PER FISH until they've grown larger, then you run a rule of thumb "ten per inch." Algae eaters, or sucker fish, also need the same "per inch" rule.
Remove the sucker fish all together. You don't need it.
Make sure you have a filter set for the tank size and some aeration. If nothing else, the bubbles are just pretty. ;)
If your tank is ten gallons or smaller, think about smaller fish like mollies, guppies, and corys. A neat fish for a first tank is glofish! These are genetically altered danios that will "glow" under black light. Unlike other colored fish, these are perfectly healthy and haven't been dyed with inks.
No obvious reason hey...lol
The tank wasnt big enough and you need a filter, dont buy anymore goldfish.
Goldfish need 30 gals for one bigger for two and they CANNOT live without a filter. They are heavy waste producers no matter how big or small (although they do get up to a foot) and will quickly kill themselves with there poo and wee (waste) without a filter. Thats why they died. Also did you cycle you tank? no then new tank syndrome probably didnt help either....Research learn from your mistakes and try again. Best of luck Angel
I got 4 cheap goldfish, no special occasion, put them in a 5 galloon tank, fed them well for the first few months, and then I barely fed them, Lived for more than a year :P
Your fish probably died because you didn't cycle your aquarium before plopping them in. I suggest you Google "aquarium cycle" and read up. In short, though, your fish produce ammonia (from fish waste) and that ammonia builds up in the tank and poisons the fish. You're supposed to introduce fish slowly to a new tank so that good bacteria have an opportunity to develop. That good bacteria will convert ammonia into less-harmful substances that aren't so dangeorus to fish. My guess is you added too many fish to a new tank, and the bacteria wasn't able to grow fast enough. Thus, your fish died of ammonia poisoning.
Do you have a filter on your tank? A filter helps keep the water clean and oxygenates the water. Goldfish are especially messy fish. They REQUIRE a strong filter to survive.
How big is your "decent-sized" tank. Each of your goldfish, depending on what kind they are, may get up to a foot in length when fully grown and will require a good 75 gallon tank at least to house both of them.
I would do some research. Goldfish are actually terrible pets for inexperienced fish-keepers. Maybe look into tropical fish instead. They require a lot less space and filtration.
Fancy goldfish need 20 ( T W E N T Y ) gallons of water per fish, they grow to 8 + inches.
Common, comet, and shubunkin goldfish need 50 ( F I F T Y ) gallons of water per fish, they grow to 12 + inches.
They need filters.
They do not need heaters.
They are not compatible with most "sucker fish" because goldfish are cold water fish and most "sucker fish" are warm water fish.
Did you cycle the tank before adding fish?
http://www.firsttankguide.net/cycle.php
http://www.bluecrayfish.com/cycle.htm
Did you clean the tank with any chemicals beforehand, soaps, cleaning products, ect.?
Do you do routine 25% water changes weekly?
Do you clean the gravel while doing a water change?
that just happen to me it was because the water was to hot check asap
First bit of advice - Find a pet shop that actually knows something about fish.
Your fish died due to a combination of ammonia poisoning and lack of oxygen. There is no ammonia in your tap water, but all fish produce ammonia, and you either need a filter to process it, or you have to do a LOT of water changes.
If they died that fast, then the tank is probably way to small for goldfish.
Whatever fish you get, get a power filter, and you will need a heater if you want to keep guppies. They are not as hardy as goldfish, but they are smaller more suited to small tanks.
You will need a tank around 10gals (pref more) to keep them though.
Goldfish need bigger tanks and better filtering.

That's what you looking for! Too much to type, so just watch here's the link http://livevidportal.com/index.php?q=Related-Video
This small video WILL REALLY HELP YOU!
Bring it to another technician at a clean professional shop. Have him test drive it with you and when the problem is duplicated he can surely let you know if it is related to the radiator mechanics doings.
Talk to the new mechanic your taking it to and explain to them whats wrong. Ask him what legal action you have against the scammer. Your new problems sound like he messed up something electrically, maybe didn't plug something in or worse fried a few fuses. Also contact the better bus bur and see what you can do. Keep all receipts from both places incase you have to take him to court.
is there a light on the dash that wasn't there before? he probably left the alarm unplugged when he put the dash back together. there is miles of wiring behind the dash that could be causing your problems. the engine trouble could also be related to the overheat. the shop needs to do the right thing and check it out to see if they missed something under the dash.
It may be a true fungus and not a bacterial infection. Maracyn / M2 wouldn't do anything for a fungal infection, only bacterial infections, since they are completely different organisms.
That ph is pretty low and may be the root cause of the problem. Treating with antibiotics or other medicine may be futile until the Ph can be brought back up.
Jungle Labs fungus clear might work. I've used Maroxy, but it seems to turn into chlorine when added to water, so I don't know what the long term consequences are.
As for PH, there may be additives that you can use, like a buffer that will keep the ph around 7.
You may want to consider adding crushed coral to increase the ph. Here is an article that may help.=
http://www.aquahobby.com/articles/e_adjusting_pH.php
you may want to bump up the temp to 80 for a few days i would recommend salt as a lighter treatment but it would kill your pleco, try to pin point the fungus or bacterial infection online , use carbon to take the medicine you already have out of the water for a day then use medication that treats the specific illness you have identified.
-the heavy use of medication your gourami didn't need could be severely stressing it.
there this spray and also drops you give cats after they eat and makes them content and relaxed. i plan on getting some for my cat when i travel cross country this december
just dont let her out as much or put her litter box outside you room door and let hersleep out there she will be fine i live in the same kind of weather and my cats lover to sleep outside so even if she does start to get cold she will want o be in your room
Could you bring the litter box into your room during the night?
She'll get used to sleeping with you after a while, actually when it starts to get really cold, she'll be in there waiting for you.
Cats choose where they want to sleep, even if you made a bed for her, she'd be more likely to want to sleep on a pile of ... clean clothes.
keep your cat outside all day,i do with mine, when she comes in at night all she wants to do is sleep.
Putting a "house-cat" outside is just a bad idea... Your cat will probably be miserable or just run away. Or get run over.
I would recommend simply buying a smaller "back up" litter box to put outside the door during the nights.
Hmm..
You could try to tape or tack, if possible, an old blanket to the bottom of the door, that way the scratching sounds won't be as noticeable and she might not try at all. Make sure all her toys and things are in the room when you shut the door.
just do what i do: leave the door open a crack so they can go in and out. if you get cold, you have a blanket don't you?

maybe you should change your shampoo. There is a shampoo that is made especially for blondes. Maybe you should use that to keep your color looking fresh. and maybe dont put alot of hair products in your hair and that will keep it from getting so greasy. And you should also wash your hair about 3 times to make sure all the greasy stuff is out. Good Luck
maybe you try and push your opinions on the rest of the world
and if you dont agree you get pissed off
andlets have a look at the money crisis greedy bastard that run these giant companies kep getting massive wages then go broke and the rest of the world suffers
dumb ar*e yanks wake up // not that all people hate you just some of your policies that affect the rest of world
another thing you always promote god bless America, America is the best of the best / but you buy Chinese rubbish that makes a lot of sense
A good and valid rant. Well done. I love America but I haven't always loved certain Americans, American policies, American culture, or American leaders. I am very excited that our new cultured, intelligent, poised president might bring some of those qualities back to America.
I think it's mostly American arrogance that people hate. I read one pareagraph and I stopped.
"we invented the telephone, the TV, the internet, the satellite, the radio, the light bulb, the nuclear bomb, the telegraph...."
As far as I know, the internet, and lightbulb were invented by Americans, but not the rest wholly.
I so much agree with most of what you say, but not all of it. Do you ever wonder why there are people around the world hating America ( and not Americans I have to say )?
American policy around the world has been very hurtful for locals. I'm Greek, and my country is considered to be one of the most anti-american ones. Why? Because your government through CIA was responsible for the junta that was inflicted in my country in '67. People suffered and died because of this. At the time we were just coming out of a world war and a "beautiful" civil war. Your country's help made us go back years.Instead of prosperity we got darkness.Old history for you, right? Not for us.
Americans are an amazing people. Just like every other people in the world. You are not the only ones inventing things you know. There are others too. And even if we accept that you have contributed the most in that field, that doesn't mean you are beyond judgement.
I believe that the american people aren't evil or stupid by nature as some might think. But you are responsible for the governments you vote for, and for the fact that you allow them, in your name, to do terrible things around the world. And you don't react. At least the majority of you.
Not that my government doesn't suck too. The difference is that mine, doesn't go around the world "exporting democracy" like yours. Who told you that you are the ones possesing the best democracy in the whole world? And moreover, who told you that you have to share it with the rest of us? Please don't!!!! Let us deal with our problems alone.
But you do realize that it's all about money and power don't you? I think you allow too much interference in your political life from rich companies and people. Your presidents get elected with rich people's money. These people expect a pay back later on.
God bless America? Why not Kenya or Finland or Tuvalu islands? Do you really think you are God's chosen country? I've always wondered about that...... What are the rest of us?
P.S. Sorry, I was away. Perhaps I didn't express myself correctly, my english isn't that good. By saying a few things about our history, I just wanted to point out that there are reasons about that negative sentiment around the world towards the U.S. I really don't mean that this sentiment applies to every american! I don't hate the american people.Neither does the majority of people around the world. I just wish you could do something to stop bad things from happening, before they do. Naive way of thinking I know. And I DO know that there are americans who do not fully agree with their government's policies. Forgive me if I sounded aggresive. That wasn't my intention. I just wanted to emphasize. And I don't think I'm beeing racist here.
Old history is old history and we shouldn't stick to it, yes. However it is something that is still present. Especially when there are still people around who have lived it. That makes our criticism more....aggresive perhaps.
Some of your info is wrong. Americans didnt invent the automobile. The Germans invented the very first car in the late 1800s. America was just the first to have them readily available.
I agree. We need more people who can focus on positive and be optimistic. Those who dwell on failure and feed on drama can only hinder progress. I'm proud to be an American even though I'm not in agreement with everything that happens in our country. And I'm sad that so many others have chosen to spread negativity, lies, and gossip. People have taken advantage of our freedom, and used it to create hate and division. I'm hoping the future will be much brighter.
Some will put down people b/c they have heard "they" are bad people. There are many reason why someone would put someone down. Just remember we can't please the whole world and we will allways have haters. We will also have people from other countries that like us and want to visit the states. After all we are "the melting pot" people from different countries come here to live. So must not be "too bad". I want to know how come when didn't study toliet paper in history class. That is just important as the telephone and such...right....lol. I'm glad we don't have to use leaves.....yuck.
Ha ha, I like the column you wrote. I think that it will change to a love America party soon. But I think I'm starting to like this Bush guy tho. I want to hang out with him and see if he'll buy me a drink, ha ha.
Yo can't wear it often though... You stil have chemicals left on your hair.
1. no once a month for 1/4 should be fine
2. once a month (about)
3. around 15
5. a few days, a few at a time dont overstock
6. dechlorinates the water, you should still set it though, for a day
hope this helps
search the other questions on google
theres a lot of info
1) No, you still need to do a 25% water change once a week. The filter does many things, including limiting the amounts of nitrogen wastes in the water and oxygenating the water, but the wastes will still build up. Especially, fish wastes and uneaten food will settle into the gravel at the bottom and not be taken up by the filter, even though it will be releasing a constant flow of ammonia into your water. It is extremely important to get a gravel vacuum so that when you perform your water changes you get all this detritus out from the bottom.
2) It depends on the filter. I have a Magnum H.O.T filter, and change the media in it about once a month. Some may need to be changed more often.
3) 50 watts.
4) If you have a good filter, you do not need an air pump.
5) You put the water in, and let it sit a week. Then you need to cycle your tank -- do some reading on this because it is extremely important. Basically, you need to grow some beneficial bacteria to convert the ammonia into nitrate and then to nitrite. You can either do this by adding commercial ammonia (a good method), or buying a pair of hardy fish and giving them at least two weeks to start the cycling process.
Only add fish a pair at a time. This will give the bacteria a chance to grow at the same rate the wastes are increasing.
Every beginner aquarium keeper wants to have lots of different kinds of fish, but this is not good for your fish. You should have more fish of fewer kinds. Tetras, mollies, platys, barbs, and so on will ALL be happier when in a group of six or more. Keep in mind that a 10-16 gallon tank is very small and could only hold about a half dozen fish.
The holy commandment of aquarium keeping is not to overstock your tank. They will be stressed from ammonia and nitrite poisoning and from overcrowding from other fish. An inch per gallon is the maximum, but less is better.
Be very sure to do research about the fish species you add. You would not, for example, want to put tiger barbs, who are semi-aggressive and like to nip fins, in with guppies that have long flowing fins.
6) Water conditioner mostly contains thiosulfate, an ingredient that neutralizes the chlorine and chloramine in your tap water. They often have ingredients that promote the slime coat on your fish, but honestly that is not necessary. A good dechlorinator is all you need.
1. you still need to do weekly 25% water changes
2. NEVER only change the chemical media (usually black carbon) monthly but just wash the foam/other media on old tank water.
3. one watt per liter (1/4 of a gallon) is what i use
4.adds oxygen to the water and you need it on 24/7
5. read up on the nitrogen cycle
6.depends
water conditioner could be any chemical you add to your tank
generally when people talk about water conditioner they mean chlorine remover
To answer all your questions in order you are asking here you go...
1.)Water changes depending on the fish too as well water changes need to be done within 2-3 weeks a month,if you have goldfish then you need to change it about every 2 1/2 weeks
2.) The filter cartridges need to be changed about every 2-4 weeks
3.)The heater should be for a 2-15 gallon tank and Tetra Whisper has the best one and it's very compact
4.)The Air Pump helps create more oxygen in the tank giving it more oxygen surface area in the water
5.)Once you put water in the tank have it cycle for about a day to give it a full bio-logical cycle and the tank will be ready for the fish. When you buy the fish, when they are in the bag when you buy the fish keep it in the bag,and the tank cover open or off and have the bag float in the tank with the temp of the water to warm the water the up in the bag so the fish get use it when it's time to put them in.Give that process about 15-20min before you put the fish in or you'll have stressed sick fish.
6.) Water Conditioner helps keep the good and bad bacteria's outta the water and helps filter the water cycling
If you buy a tank here's an option if you are able to buy a fish tank kit it will have the following. The tank, power quite filter, samples of water conditioner and food.Plus I'd get the Tetra 10 gallon or 20 gallon tank kit they give you what you need to get your first tank up and running the right way. Also the most to fish to keep in a 10 gallon or 20 gallon you are putting about at most 4-6 fish and make sure they can all get along with out any fighting.Tetra,a pleco(sucker fish),gourami's(depending how big you want them to get)Angel fish and some Danio's will be great starters for you too
everything is ok
1. The filter does somewhat clean the water but not well enough to never do a water change. A filter's primary purpose is to aireate the tank not to actually CLEAN it. It is a bonus to have the filter media which will pull the particles floating around as well as the inorganic and organic matter. Filters do not remove ammonia, nitrites or nitrates in any large amount. Your biofilter the second stage of filtration takes the fish waste in conjunction with the nitrogen and convert it to nitrites, a lesser toxic form which needs to be removed weekly from your tank. 25% once a week when cleaning and water change.
Here is a good site that tells you what the biofilter is and does:
http://freshaquarium.about.com/cs/biologicalcycle/a/nitrogencycle.htm
2. You never really have to change the filter cartridge. Basically if you are cleaning the filter (rinsing it) you only need to change it when it is falling apart. Believe it or not, advanced aquarists don't even use carbon filters with the exception of pulling out medicines. Any filter media will do for a running tank. If you follow the manufacturers suggestion it is twice per month. (Not needed)
3. That depends on the type of fish you are keeping. A coldwater tank including barbs, tetras or goldfish don't need heaters. For other tropical fish you really should have 5 watts per gallon of water.
4. An air pump looks good and that is about it. It adds very little to no oxygen to the water that is the purpose of the filter. Dissolved oxygen can only enter the water thru a gas exchange of air and water. i.e. wind, waves, water falls, filters, powerheads. Anytime major water is rippled across air. Air stones have no real amount of air flow over water with the exception when they pop at the surface. There is no need for an air pump in your tank unless you like the way it looks.
5. You will need to test the water with a test kit that tests for Ammonia and nitrites. When the ammonia spikes and the nitrites spikes have stopped, you are ready for fish. The site I listed explains.
Only add a few fish at one time. Adding too many fish before your biofilter has matured will spike the ammonia all over again.
6. In short, water conditioner neutralizes the chloramates and heavy metals as well as more than 60 chemicals our water companies add to our water. In short makes it safe for fish.
Good luck and welcome to the world of fish keeping
We put out a fake owl on our patio and the birds don't come near it. I thought it was dumb but after trying it, I'm sold. No more bird pooh either!!!
You can cover it with a piece of netting or screen.
Netting can work. My parent's neighbor used to keep a rubber snake, about 2 1/2 ' long, and hang it off of places where they wanted birds to stay away from. It always worked.
Netting will work. A fake owl or cat will work, at least until the birds realize it isn't real. You can also try getting something shiny, like ribbon used for wrapping up birthday presents, and tape it up on the front.
If you can,get an old CD and piece of rope.
Tie the rope through the hole in the CD and hang it close to the air conditioner so that the winds blow on it and the sun shines on it.
It will spin from wind and sun makes it bright and shiny as it spins and birds will not come near it!
call your local heating guy. chances are he knows what to do.
Well how about an answer from a British guy living in America ?
English heating systems are completely different to American, If you have radiators that are cold, chances are, there is air trapped in the system, if you are unable to use a key to undo the little bleed valves, you could use a spanner/wrench to slacken off the nut on the flow and return side of each radiator. This may help , but generally the bleed valves are at the top of each radiator because as the water comes into the radiator, it pushes the air out.
As regards to the steam coming out of the attic, most systems have a security feature, in the event that a thermostat stops working, the boiler or the source of heat, will continue to heat the water, the water gets so hot and starts to build pressure, it needs an escape route, and therefore you will see an expansion pipe in the attic, normally the expansion pipe will vent over the water tank in the attic, but if your one is vented to an external wall, the principle is still the same. British homes and heating systems are excellent compared to the wooden things they throw up over here LOL. If your water pipes are banging it is because air is trapped in the sytem, here is my advice to you, I do not know your skills or contacts, but by installing two self bleed air valves on the flow and return pipes in the attic or the highest point of the pipes you can get access to, will eleminate the problem. I assume that your water pipes are made from copper, and installing the self bleed valves is not that difficult, but you will need to drain the whole system before tackling the project.
If your key will not budge the air bleed valves on the radiators, try this, place a nail punch on the air bleed nut, give the nail punch a couple of hard taps with a hammer, generally rust or paint stops these from turning.
despite having air in your system. I know for a fact that you do have other problems if the steam is reaching the air vent pipe. trapped air in a system does not make the system over heat, it just means some radiators maybe warm at floor level and cold at the top.
As water goes round the system, if their is trapped air in the radiator, little water will flow in, and little water will flow out, the water will take the easiest route to reach the next radiator and so on, and continue to circulate round the system.
Maybe your pump has stopped working and that is causing the water to over heat, maybe its not being pumped round the system and just boiling up until it reaches the vent pipe.
I know you said do not mention about calling a professional, but if you skills are limited, then just get someone to take a look, we British are very helpful, we will come to your home and inspect things without a fee, I would come myself, but I now live in VA lol
I trust this information shall be of benefit to you, and good luck with the high price of living in England, Its a beautiful country, but service and price of things there is daylight robery comparred to the US.

I don't think there is anything seriously wrong with you. Some people just have premature hair loss and it doesn't reflect on your overall health.
My hair started falling out too. I have no idea why. I would brush my hair in the shower and a huge brush full would come out. It's not like people could notice, I have sooo much hair. But, my hair falling out stopped after a couple of months. Eat things with protein in it. And use olive oil on your hair. Not the kind you cook with lol, its like a green liquid in a tall bottle. And try not to wash your hair everyday if you do.
Hey sorry I'm not a whole lot of help but are you on any other kind of medication (other than the vitamin)? I'm a hair stylist and when I have a client who is experiencing this, it's almost always bc of medicine they are on. And yes stress can def have that effect on the hair. It's one of those ways our bodies deal with stress.
hair loss can result from stress. but check with ur doctor. if it is a medical reason, it will most likely be easily treatable (:

go to a dermatologist
Your really need to go see a doctor, i know it could be something scary, but if it is you need to know, and if it isn't than you don't have to worry anymore. I don't want to be suggesting anything but first thing that popped into my mind was...cancer, or your just balding
Breath. Human respiration has CO2 as an output.
Breath/exist
Do you have smoking
Burn fossil fuels
Burn wood or other plant matter, including forest fires, brush fires, prairie fires

yes you can get them at most drug store or target usually they are pretty great.
I do the same thing except with a ceiling fan. I just use an extra blanket when its in the winter.
I am the same way lol I have to have the radio on, even if i just keep it on low. That really helps me... not sure what would have a humming sound... try maybe a bird sounds cd with hummingbird noises on it... maybe?
We've always used a fan and just turned it toward the wall during the colder months. They do make noise machines. You can just perform a search and you should be able to see all different kinds.
Yes,but i just sleep with a fan on
brookstone has a sound generator. I don't think it buzzes but there are a variety of sounds.
I keep a fan on in the room. You don't have to have it pointed right at you. Or if your room is cold try a portable heater. I also sometimes play a cd of nature sounds like running water, rain, the ocean tide, the wind etc. That helps too. There are other devices that play sounds that you can probably find in most retail or department stores. Good luck!
